  • physical sewing pattern packs

Customers are responsible for checking product details before purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products are supplied as downloadable files.

After purchase, access to your digital download will be provided via the website and/or email.

Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • resell

  • redistribute

  • share

  • copy for commercial resale

  • upload files to file-sharing platforms

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Taloula Does The Hula.

Shipping

Physical products will be dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services.

Taloula Does The Hula is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal providers.

Returns & Refunds — Physical Products

If you change your mind about a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returns & Refunds — Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a digital product has been purchased and access to the download has been provided.

Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Pattern Use

Patterns are sold for personal use.

You may create finished garments for personal wear.
